Dispenser Needle
1. Working principle: Compressed air is fed into the glue bottle (syringe), and the glue is pressed into the feed pipe connected to the piston chamber, where it is heated and the temperature is controlled to achieve the best and consistent viscosity. With a ball seat construction, the glue fills the void left by the ball retracting from the seat. When the ball comes back, the force generated by the acceleration breaks the flow of glue, so that it is ejected from the dispensing needle and drips onto the board to form a glue dot effect.
